Coleus Extract contains 250 mg of Coleus forskohlii leaf extract, standardized to a minimum of 10% forskolin. Coleus may increase levels of cyclic AMP (cAMP), which is involved in metabolic and hormonal processes. Clinical trials of Coleus have shown increased lean body mass and reduced body fat in combination with regular exercise.
